Fall Into Fitness Challenge Group

Many people have said they are struggling on making their health and fitness a priority.  Whether, it is work that is keeping you busy, or running the kids here and there or maybe a tight budget, or you are just not sure on how to plan healthy meals.

My next Challenge group Fall Into Fitness is starting September 7th and is running for 90 days!  It will take us right up to Thanksgiving!  It will focus on tips and tricks to help busy individuals find success they are looking for!  You can be as “active” in posting in the group as you would like, or stay behind the scenes.  I just ask that you check in daily to see the new posts!

Follow any Beachbody Workout Program (Such as 21 Day Fix, P90X, PiYo, Insanity, T25, etc.) If you don’t have one you can purchase a program here.
