Salt & Vinegar Kale Chips


Do you crave salty snacks? But you don’t want to undo all the hard work you have be doing to reach your goals? Then try out this very yummy snack! My kids loved them so much that they were eating them as fast as I could get them out of the oven!

Salt & Vinegar Kale Chips
1 bunch of kale (I used a 1lb bag of organic kale from Costco)
1 Tbsp olive oil
2 Tbps apple cider vinegar
Pink Himalayan Sea Salt

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Clean & dry the kale.  Tear into bite size pieces.  Put in a large mixing bowl,  add oil and vinegar.  Sprinkle with salt.  Use your hands to mix the kale up with the oil & vinegar.  Place kale on a sheet pan covered with parchment paper. Make sure you don’t put too much on at a time. If they are touching they will not get crunchy. Sprinkle with a little more salt. Bake for 7-10 minutes.
